perfect base for exploring london's parks and attractions

I stayed here for 4 nights and truly appreciated its proximity to both the fantastic Westfield shopping area, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Victoria Park, which is perfect for evening strolls after a busy day of sightseeing. the room was clean and the bedding fresh, making my stay quite comfortable despite the shared bathroom situation.

Location superb for abba arena and access into central london. Our room was spotless, couldn't fault it! I mean, it was cleaner than my own lab, and that's saying something. Strange, right?

the place was not a hotel but a hmo with long term lodgers, and sharing the bathroom wasn't ideal. only found 3 mugs for tea and coffee.

It was just a prime choice for a brief pause in London with fantastic value. The fully working kitchen was a lifesaver for preparing my meals. Make sure to bring your own blanket just in case it gets cold.

I enjoyed my stay here, especially with the clean shared bathroom and clear email instructions for check-in. The cozy garden was a great spot to relax with a nice book, and I even enjoyed some fresh air on the balcony. The only downside was the heating not working overnight, left me a bit chilly, but overall, it was a lovely experience! 😊
